We have moved back the start times of our family-focused events to a little later in the morning to make this year's Cycle Classic even more family friendly!

Enjoy a sleep-in, then bring the whole family (pets as well) down to Lake Wendouree for a day of fun. After being active, enjoy free kids' activities, live music, food and a great atmosphere.

8:30 am

28km Adventure Ride

The 28km is the perfect fun ride for families and the less-experienced rider to enjoy being part of the Ballarat Cycle Classic and support cancer research.

6km Lake Wendouree Ride

FREE for children under 10 yrs

Riding laps of the lake is a beautiful active way to spend time as a family. The inside lane of Wendouree Parade will be closed to make this fun and safe for even the youngest rider.

FREE for children under 10 yrs

After all the cyclists head off, join in the PETstock Family Walk or Run around Lake Wendouree. Bring the dog and be part of the fun!
