I joined the Starlight Children’s Foundation in January 2022. Responsible for email marketing communications, website updates on starlight.org.au, and other tasks within the Digital Marketing Team.
In March 2022 Starlight transitioned its internal CRM infrastructure from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics, including Microsoft Dynamics Marketing. My technical skills as well as my branding and design abilities ensured the transition, whilst not without its fair share of hiccups, was ultimately a success, and I have become the subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics Marketing within the organisation, as well as a leading proponent and source of advice and assistance with the broader Dynamics system.
I also spearheaded innovation projects including an overhaul of “peer-to-peer” donation engagement, deployment of web utilities for the internal team and management of domains and servers for the Marketing and Fundraising team. My ability to problem solve and diagnose technical issues has been invaluable in helping support and test code changes to the Starlight organisation website (starlight.org.au).
