I joined the Fiona Elsey Cancer Research Institute in the summer of 2019–2020 to assist with the marketing for the Ballarat Cycle Classic, a major, local annual charity cycling event raising funds for cancer research.
During this time I increased the engagement rates of the Institute’s email campaigns from 24.5% to 75.3% (open rates); and from 3.3% to 50.6% (clicked links).
In late 2020 I again joined the team to help out with the 2021 Ballarat Cycle Classic event. Again we achieved our targets and increased ROI across the email marketing area. In 2021 I also took on the social media work for the 2022 Ballarat Cycle Classic.
